On November 5^th European Union Chamber of Commerce held a breakfast seminar about ‘Stress Management in China’s Multi-cultural Professional Environment’.

Sociologist, Mr. Soren Bjerregaard from CRECEA and Director, Mr. Xiong HanZhong (Panda) from Beijing Stress Management Centre gave speeches addressing Stress in managed in Europe (Denmark) and China.

Stress related issues are a new factor in Chinese workforce health, but not to be overlooked. Because stress is expressed differently in different cultures, it is especially important to pay attention to stress and be aware of its symptoms so as to deal with it effectively in the multi-cultural environment of European-invested companies in China.
