CRECEA CHINA is a CSR-consultancy company, CRECEA CHINA's mother company, CRECEA Denmark, has a 30 year history of CSR advisory experience. Throughout the history CRECEA has always been one of the most the practical and flexible providers of knowledge on the Danish market.The company, based in Beijing, builds on the same products as CRECEA A/S. Our members of the staff represent many professions such as psychologists, chemists and engineers.
The products are mainly audits, consultancy and training in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Labour Practices.
Audits can be performed against any standard you may choose. Most companies choose to let us compare to Chinese legal requirements, but an audit against you own specific Code of Conduct is certainly a viable alternative.
Consultancy is often mainly technical advice, but consultancy on “softer” topics such as stress, retention, downsizing and teamwork are also among our portfolio.
Training is – like everything else CRECEA CHINA does – practically oriented. Our slogan is “we convert knowledge into tools and action”, which is why our success has only been achieved if the company is able to implement the solutions, we agree on. In the event that staff does not comply with company regulations or management intentions this is often caused by lack of consciousness and tools rather than lack of knowledge. This is why we on some occasions choose to use psychologists to secure genuine implementation.
